Client:Regenerate Rise

Location: Putney, West London

Status: Ongoing

The RISE Reablement Centre is an  expansion and refurbishment project for elderly users, with a focus on dementia care, at its current site in Putney. The scheme involves partial demolition and reconfiguration of the existing building, with two additional floors to form a four storey facility.

The ground floor provides an enhanced day centre with spaces for socialising and dining, alongside services such as hairdressing and art therapy. Upper levels accommodate staff facilities and up to 12 en suite bedrooms for short term residential rehabilitation.

The design delivers full wheelchair accessibility throughout, supporting independence, wellbeing, and a safe transition from hospital to home, with a focus on reducing isolation.
