Status: Completed

The scheme involves the demolition of disused council owned garages at the end of Mowbrays Close and their replacement with a proposed two storey, fully wheelchair accessible residential development. The design promotes a safe and supportive living environment.

External works include the provision of four car parking spaces, including one accessible bay, secure cycle storage, and a communal garden with soft landscaping, allotment planters, and a dedicated sensory garden.
